Bryce Blay - Wholesale Operations Manager

What Bryce doesn't know about petroleum delivery vehicles and depots is not worth knowing. Bryce has been with Hill & Co for over 34 years and his coming into the Dib Group of Companies was integral for the Hill & Co acquisition by the company.

Bryce's area of operations includes overseeing all trucking operations, including contractors and the safe and efficient operations of all depots. Bryce has a significant role in the liaising with all the relative parties in the product supply line, from fuel terminal personnel through to large number of customers serviced by Dib Group of Companies trucking fleet.

Industry compliance and regulatory affairs are also an important function of Bryce's role.

The job has many challenges which Bryce thrives on meeting. It is these challenges that make the job interesting to him each day. He is dedicated to his job and takes it very seriously and with pride.

When not at work he is challenging sea creatures with a fishing rod and enjoying his family.
